Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat or coconut milk)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana (or frozen cauliflower, thawed)
  • 1 small beet grated
  • 1/2 juice of lime, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1 pitted Medjool date
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in blender until mixed together smooth.
