Watermelon Margarita
Super easy peasy watermelon margarita recipe that can be served frozen or on the rocks, salted rim or no salt. It's easily adaptable and perfect for a warm summer day.

Large baking sheet
Blender
- 4 cups watermelon frozen (or fresh if serving on rocks)
- 1/2 cup silver Tequila
- 1/4 cup Triple Sec or Cointreau
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 cup ice
- Tajin for rim
- Limes cut in wedges for garnish, optional
- Watermelon cube with rind for garnish
- Fresh Mint for garnish
- 1 tablespoon Simple Syrup optional
Cut up watermelon and freeze on a baking sheet for at least six hours. If you are making the margaritas on the rocks, you can skip this step.
Add watermelon, tequila, triple sec, lime juice and ice to a blender. Leave out ice if making on the rocks.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour into a glass rimmed with Tajin. Garnish with a slice of watermelon, mint sprig or lime slice.
