Immune Boosting Lemon Mint Ice Cubes
Here's a refreshing idea to add to any smoothie, cocktail, mocktail or just to infuse your water. Skip the mint, and you can also add to soups and sauces. Put in freezer and they're so convenient.

- 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 12 mint leaves
In a standard ice cube tray, distribute one mint leaf - roughly torn - into each cube slot.
Fill each cub halfway with lemon juice and the rest of the way with water.
Freeze.
Pop out each ice cube as needed and enjoy!
