Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat or coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower thawed
  • 1/2 cup kale coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 Medjool date pitted
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blend and mix until well-blended.
