Golden Days Mango Smoothie

Mango helps with bloating and constipation and is beneficial for lowering inflamation. Combined with some other yummy ingredients like carrots, oranges and tumeric, you'll be sipping your way to great gut health in no time!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat or coconut milk)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened kefir
  • 1 orange segmented
  • 1 large carrot grated
  • 1/2 mango chunks thaw, if using frozen
  • 2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1 very small pinch black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender, and mix until smooth and well-incorporated.
