- 1 orange segmented
- 1 large carrot grated
- 1/2 mango chunks thaw, if using frozen
- 2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1/4 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 very small pinch black pepper
